Tunda Zuri means “Good fruit” in Swahili—a reminder that a fruit’s value does not end where its edible part does.
The observation
One industry needs alternatives.
Another has the raw material.
Cosmetic companies are looking for bio-based alternatives to petroleum- and palm-derived ingredients. At the same time, fruit sellers and processors are sitting on a steady supply of peels, seeds, pulp, and stems that were never designed for reuse.
We are building the process, quality system, and supplier network that connect the two.
